Account application
Accounts require real-name registration. Complete the Intelligent Computing Center user application form, obtain approval from your research group leader, and submit it for account and resource activation.
Download the resource application form (Chinese)
1. Applicant details
Provide your real name, student/staff status, organization or department, email address (use your tib address if you are an institute user), research group, mobile number, and research area or computing background.
2. Resource requirements
Specify whether you need single-node parallel computing, multi-node parallel computing, GPUs, programming languages or libraries, and technical assistance. State the maximum CPU cores and memory per job, storage needs, required applications, and whether you will supply the software yourself.
3. Requested resources
The form lists qfree (free), qcpu_18i, qcpu_23a, qcpu_23i, qcpu_23if (large memory), qgpu_a800, qgpu_a40, qgpu_3090, and qgpu_4090, plus virtual desktops, storage, and backup services.
Partition inventory
The application page lists 30 nodes for qcpu_18i, 19 for qcpu_23a, 20 for qcpu_23i, and 4 for qcpu_23if. Its qcpu_23i count differs from the partition overview (16). Confirm availability with the administrator when applying.
Read the cluster overview, partition guide, and fees before choosing resources.
4. Sign the undertaking
Agree to follow platform rules, use only authorized resources, protect system security, and refrain from stealing, viewing, or distributing other users' data. Accounts are personal and must not be lent to others. Sign and date the form yourself.
5. Research group approval
Ask your group leader to review the application and sign and date the approval section.
6. Submit the form
Deliver the signed form to C103. After approval, the center records the username, initial password, activation date, and validity period. Login details and introductory instructions are sent to the email address on the form.
Provide accurate contact details and realistic requirements. Explicitly identify GPU, large-memory, multi-node, or special software needs. Change your initial password promptly. Contact the center when leaving your group or when you no longer need the account.
